Here are several substantial transactions the principals of Nassau Capital Advisors, LLC have recently handled on behalf of clients which illustrate the range of services we can provide:
  • Sale of a Class A suburban office portfolio in the Philadelphia market as exclusive agent for the Henderson Group, consisting of 371,000 s.f. of space plus a pad for another 135,000 s.f., to Mack-Cali Realty, a national REIT organization, for $45 million;

  • Exclusive agent representing New Jersey Resources, a publicly-traded utility company, to arrange a joint venture to develop its New Jersey-based portfolio of prime development sites throughout the region;

  • Procurement of $26 million in construction/permanent financing for a build-to-suit development in New York City for Jeffrey M. Brown Associates, Inc. prominent New York developer and Federal Express Corp. as tenant;

  • Sale of a 53,000 s.f. community retail center in Central New Jersey on behalf of an owner and institutional investor;

  • Successful structuring of an $88 million secured commercial paper program through Morgan Stanley & Co. for a prominent real estate development firm which provides exceptionally-low rate financing for a portfolio of class A office properties in New Jersey;

  • Advisory services to Merrill Lynch & Co. in connection with the procurement of $23 million in economic development incentives from the State of New Jersey for the development of a 1.2 million square foot office campus in Hopewell Township, NJ; in cooperation with Stadtmauer Bailkin, LLP, $22 million in incentives from the City and State of New York for a 700,000 office acquisition in New York City;

  • Exclusive agent representing Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. in the assemblage of a 400-acre development site in Central New Jersey for future Merrill Lynch use;

  • Advisory services to City of Trenton (NJ) in connection with the development and financing of a new $55 million Marriott Hotel and Conference Center and parking garage to be built near the State Capitol in downtown Trenton;

  • Advisory services to Cranford Township, NJ in connection with the planning and financing of two substantial downtown redevelopment projects in conjunction with private development interests, aimed at promoting the continued revitalization of the Township's CBD area;

  • Procurement of $33 million in permanent financing through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriter System (DUS) to refinance a portfolio of multi-family properties in New Jersey.
